Although we have been operating in the food sector since 1996, we have been producing since 2012 under the name of BRL Gıda. In our company, cocktail syrups, professional bar sauces, decor sauces, topping ice cream sauces, waffle sauces, filling sauces, milk shake and smoothie sauces are produced.
In addition, we pack the 100% natural lemonade syrup that we obtain from the fruits we process in our fruit processing lines, mainly lemon juice, orange juice, and the 100% natural lemonade syrup that we produce with them in 2 Lt packages, shock them at -40°C and sell them in frozen form at -18°C. In addition to these, we can process fruits such as strawberries, raspberries, black mulberries, aronia, tangerines and tomatoes both as puree and juice.
We also produce flavored cold brew coffee, non-alcoholic cocktails, cool lime, aloe vera and chia seed drinks, which have gained a market share in recent years.
Aiming to respond to different needs by constantly making new investments, BRL GIDA aims to both develop its product range and become the leading company in its sector with new investments.
We are growing by increasing our market share day by day, together with our regional partners at home and our distributors abroad in Iraq, Qatar, Cyprus, Latvia, Egypt, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
